The price is USD 42 per person. You may pay the full amount or reserve with a USD 17 deposit. The remaining balance is USD 25 / GTQ 187.50, paid in cash in Guatemalan quetzales on the activity date. The approved conversion rate is USD 1 = GTQ 7.50.
Cancellation, changes and weather
- Your deposit is refundable when you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
- You may change the date free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- If the activity is cancelled because of weather conditions, you may receive a refund or transfer your payment to another activity or shuttle.
- If Cultour Atitlán Experts cancels the service, you will receive a 100% refund and one complimentary activity.
- A no-show is treated as a used service and is non-refundable.
