Reserve a shared shuttle from Guatemala City or La Aurora Airport area to San Juan at Lake Atitlán.

This service connects Guatemala City and the La Aurora International Airport area with Lake Atitlán. Travelers may book the same checkout for San Juan, then provide the exact pickup location and destination town in the travel-details form.

Pickup coverage includes the Westin Camino Real in Zone 10 and hotels near the airport in Zone 13 when confirmed in advance. Airport passengers meet at Cafe Bareto beside the arrivals area. The route includes an approximately 45-minute stop and shuttle change in Antigua before continuing to Lake Atitlan.

This is the principal Zone 10 pickup point. Select it during checkout or provide it in the travel-details form.

Pickup is available only from hotels confirmed by Cultour. Submit the complete hotel name and address before travel.

Meet at Cafe Bareto, located to the right of the arrivals area. The driver will enter the cafe and ask for you by the passenger name on the reservation.

1. Choose the 5:00 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. service and submit the exact pickup point.
2. Meet the driver at the Westin, confirmed Zone 13 hotel or Cafe Bareto at the airport.
3. Travel to Antigua and stop for approximately 45 minutes.
4. Change shuttles in Antigua and continue toward Lake Atitlan.
5. Arrive in San Juan according to the town selected in your reservation.

Shared services normally use a comfortable mid-sized minivan with seating for up to 15 passengers. The standard allowance is two pieces of luggage per passenger.

Bicycles, surfboards and other special or oversized items require advance confirmation. An additional charge may apply depending on the item and available vehicle space

1. Choose the travel date, departure time, origin town and destination town.
2. Pay the full amount or the USD 9 deposit through the route checkout.
3. Complete the short passenger-details form with accommodation, luggage and WhatsApp information.
4. Cultour processes the request and normally sends final confirmation and shuttle details by email and WhatsApp within approximately one to two hours.
5. Reservations submitted after 8:00 p.m. receive the final WhatsApp confirmation early the following morning.

The listed price is USD 37 per person. You may pay the full amount or reserve with a USD 9 deposit. When only the deposit is paid, the remaining balance is USD 28 / GTQ 210, paid in cash on the travel day.

Cultour uses the approved conversion of USD 1 = GTQ 7.50 for the cash balances shown on these pages. If the full amount was paid online, no route balance is due unless an extra service or special luggage charge was confirmed separately.

•  Request booking changes at least 48 hours before departure. Changes depend on seat availability and the requested route.

•  Cancel at least 24 hours before departure to request a refund of the deposit.

•  Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

•  A no-show is treated as a used service and is non-refundable.

•  If Cultour cancels the service, the customer receives a 100% refund and one complimentary activity.

•  If a required passenger minimum is not reached, Cultour will offer a refund or transfer the payment to another shuttle or activity.
